If you liked the originals, this has the same flavor with spicy new jokes. The comedy is sharp and witty and Liam Neeson has the most amazing deadpan delivery which is incredible. His comedic timing is spot on and his hard-as-nails persona is perfect for the tone. What's more important, though, is that I've begun to find writing film reviews to be unrewarding. No one reads what I write. No one engages with me. I feel like an empty voice in the void.

It's not even a job. This is just a hobby that has sucked so much life and energy out of me. This is what I did for fun, burning out my evenings and weekends and all I've gotten out of it is a ton of personal growth and a giant library of art, so I just don't see why I'm continuing to do it. Earlier this year the website fully broke down, and the only people who noticed were the people who write for the site. It just sat there broken for... I dunno, 4, 5, or even 6 months. I honestly don't even remember how long it was down for.

Even I didn't really miss it. I could have worked harder and fixed it faster, but it was such a small part of my life by that point that I just couldn't bring myself to sit down and find out how to troubleshoot it. I should just move us to WordPress because it would be so much easier. Anyway, my favorite movie of the year is still The Menu for the third year in a row. 

Overall, The Naked Gun is fun and you should watch it.
